has anyone tried Bodeefit WOD??

This site has free WOD's (workout of the day) that require no equipment.. you use your body weight (think burpees, mountain climbers, push ups, etc)... just wondering if anyone does this or something similar? I guess they're like a 30 min crossfit workout.

I also can't figure out how to log these exercises. Suggestions appreciated. ( I don't have a HRM; and don't really want one... can't see the need for the expense)
