Hi all, I'm sure you've all seen post after post asking this very question but....where do I dig my motivation from? I don't want to lose a whole lot of weight maybe 5lbs or so but I'd like to be healthy. Thing is I struggle severely with motivation. I need a serious kick up the backside!!!
