Hi, i am addicted to food, especially sugar!..i am having a real hard time controlling myself these days around sweets..my question is..is it better to avoid all sugars or try and do in moderation (even tho i can't)

Hi! i was just wondering how often you weigh yourself? i weigh myself every day in the morning and sometimes my weight flactuates up and down..is that normal?
what's your experience with it? i wore my hr monitor yesterday and it said i burnt almost 700 calories in 90 minutes! not bad :) however i have done bikrams in the past and actually gained weight doing it..
I don't lose any weight for maybe 2 weeks and all of a sudden i notice i lost 2lbs...do you have the same experience?
