i drink nature plus spiru-tein whey. cuz its soy free and I have trouble with skipping meals this way its like a meal in a cup when im in a hurry. I get the chocolate powder and i mix it with my coffee and milk.

I drink the special k protein shakes. I love that they don't have a nasty aftertaste and fill me without ruining my calories. the only downside is that they can get pricey some places and that they don't have more flavors.. if they made dark chocolate i think i'd be in HEAVEN ... or a mint or something?

Are these high in sugar or carbs? I have to avoid those the best I can. Oh are they expensive?
  • I drink slimfast for breakfast, but milk can be a bit high in fat (I use 2%) so I'm looking into alternatives.
I use 8 oz of milk with a little under half a scoop of creamy vanilla powder.

    ALSO!
I occasionally drink muscle milk if I know I won't have much of a chance to eat.

I have gold standard 100% whey, which is lower in carbs than most of the others I've seen. Between 1 and 3g of carbs per scoop depending on the flavour and about 24g protein. Really light and easy to drink with just water. I've had the double rich chocolate and banana cream one before (chocolate was the nicest) but both are good.
I have it because I'm trying to get lots of protein, it helps with strength training, and it's good for curbing hunger for a little bit.
