what's your experience with it? i wore my hr monitor yesterday and it said i burnt almost 700 calories in 90 minutes! not bad :) however i have done bikrams in the past and actually gained weight doing it..

  • I do bikram 2 to 3 times a week and love it! I burn about 1200 cal in a 90 min class. Not sure how you could gain weight with it...give it a try. good luck!
  • *le sigh* I love Bikram! Sadly I had to give it up after fainting in class....apparently having low blood pressure, combined with the natural blood pressure drop that occurs in Bikram is a recipe for disaster. But keep it up! It will make you feel amazing, inside and out, and it is a huge calorie burn! (not to mention it totally eliminates any pesky water weight you may be hanging onto!)
