I was reading in an Atkins support group thread and they were talking about carb up days. What is it and does it help when you reach a plateau or something?

Ball/Zumba classes
Does anybody know how many calories are burned in a ball class (30min.) and how do I log it? Is it considered strength training? Should I log it as yoga or pilates? For zumba do I log as aerobics?

10,000 steps or 5 miles?
I have been trying to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. I have read online that it should be equivalent to 5 miles, but my 10,000 steps are only a little over 3 miles. I was wondering what is more important? Walking 5 miles a day or walking 10,000 steps a day. (5 milles for me is over 14,000 steps)

I recently had a friend tell me that her cardiologist told her that 32oz of water a day is more than enough, but I have read that half of my body weight is the amount of ounces I should be drinking in order to be properly hydrated.
