Does anybody know how many calories are burned in a ball class (30min.) and how do I log it? Is it considered strength training? Should I log it as yoga or pilates? For zumba do I log as aerobics?

I was having the same issue too. I do Zumba and Kettle worx(kettle bell) I have no clue how to log it. Aerobics high intensity is what I would log it as and the ball I would call it strength training....hope it helps0

best option is to get a hr monitor then its personal to you0

definitely get a heartrate monitor...then u can log it as your own exercise0

Thanks everybody! I did end up getting a heart rate monitor so now I don't have to guess about how many calories I am burning.0
