So I have been following the 16/8 rule for IF for a few weeks and it seems to work well for me. I eat between the hours of 1-8pm every day then fast starting at 9pm. Has anyone else been following this type of lifestyle and had success? I'm worried about following it long-term...

Heart Monitor Fitness Watch
Does anyone have a heart rate monitor watch and do you like it? I was thinking of getting a Polar ft7 or ft40..I want to know how much I burn when I lift or do other strength training circuits/bodyweight exercises. I like that it tells you if your training is improving fitness or burning fat too. Thoughts?? :happy:

Juice Fasting....
I just started a juice fast (really just to detox my body and start the year fresh). My goal is to fast at least 10 days. Has anyone ever tried it, were you successful?
