I am loving this workout! I have done it 5 times- and I am seeing results already! My abs are firmer, arm muscles are harder and my waist looks a little smaller! It is super hard- but so far- super worth it!

hungry all the time!
i have been working out like crazy- burning calories and eating my net calories back- and I am still soooo hungry! I've reached my calorie limit and I'm starving- it's like this pretty often. Anyone else have this problem?

maintaining goal weight
what do you do to maintain your goal weight? i'm just wondering if when i reach my goal weight, and continue to eat like I am now, and continue with this workout, if I will continue to lose? I don't want to be too thin- but slacking off on the workout or eating more calories will pile the weight back on.
