Over 30 lbs down since April 2014
I hit a goal yesterday I never could have imagined..I've lost 31.2 lbs since April 20th and hit my goal of losing 30 lbs before my birthday this Friday. Let me tell you..it feels amazing. 20 lbs gone !! Pics too !
I started in April at 311 lbs - now as of today am down to 289.5 lbs ! I feel so different already. Here are some photos to show the differences. I use HasFit videos , Leslie Walk away the Pounds and Biggest Loser workouts. No gym membership , no access to one and changed how I eat tremendously. It can work !!
