Corn Tortilla Pizza

I made this today by just throwing things together..and it was delicious! You can customize any way you like but this is my base recipe :

Corn Tortilla Pizza
1 small corn tortilla
2 TBSP. marinara or pasta sauce ( I used Bertolli Vineyard Marinara)
¼ tsp. olive oil ( optional)
Turkey pepperoni ( I use Hormel)
Marinated artichoke hearts – drained
1 sliced mushroom
Fat free Feta cheese ( optional)
¼ cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick spray.
Take corn tortilla and brush with olive oil.
Place tortilla on foil lined baking sheet.
Spread sauce on tortilla and top with toppings above or of your choice.
Place in oven and bake about 10 – 15 minutes. At about 5 – 8 minutes I covered mine in the oven with a small pot cover to help melt the cheese.

    I love pizza! This looks really good yummy!!!!!
    I was watching youtube and seen this lady made her pizza crust out of coli-flower. I will have to try both, lol.
