I have been back to MFP and just joined a YouFit gym about 2 weeks ago. I am trying to lose weight, eat more healthy, and exercise. Easier to do in the summer since I am a teacher. Spousal support - how to/what not to do?
I've lost 18 pounds over the last 3 months. My husband is starting to see the positive effects from my health and weight changes. He sounds interested. Have you had success (or things you did wrong) that have helped your wife/husband/partner start to make changes too? Feel like I'm walking on eggshells here.

Coffee or no coffee? Diet Coke or no diet coke?
Does drinking coffee (with 3 tablespoons of sugar-free creamer) affect weight loss? :drinker: How about other caffeinated beverages - like diet soda and tea?
