Retiring in 18 weeks, weight loss goal 27 pounds
Hi all. I need kick *kitten* friends! I'm 65 yo, retiring in 18 weeks. I weigh 215 pounds, my goal is 188 pounds (25 BMI) by the time I retire. Today I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, 4.0 mph, 3.0 incline, plus a 1 mile lunch walk. I think I need to average about 1,500 calories of food intake a day, it's pretty confusing…
