How do you find time to work out? I have a YMCA membership but I just can't find the time/motivation to go. I get home from work around 4, then by the time we do homework, dinner, bath, play time for him, our afternoon is over (he goes to bed at 8). I obviously can't leave to go work out while he's asleep. Improvising with Hummus
So I made my own hummus today. I didn't have any tahini, but I figured it would be fine without it. Wrong, it tasted so bland and "off". So I mixed in some of my Kraft Toasted Sesame salad dressing and it's pretty good! :) Yay for improvising in the kitchen. :)

So the recommended 8 cups of water, they don't mean 8 literal cups right? Do they mean 8 16 oz. glasses, some other measurement? Anyone else find your taste heightened after giving up soda/eating healthier? I'm getting tired of just water all the time, yet one sip of juice and I'm immediately turned off by how sweet it is!
