Looking for young friends/support
I am trying to get a bigger support system going on here. I am 22, and i was hoping to find some friends around the same age since weight loss can be different for different age groups i've noticed. I'm having trouble staying on track
I find myself unable to lose weight and to stick to eating healthy. I have stayed to an exercise schedule decently well, but my poor diet habits are causing me to still gain weight.
