I was wondering how others log core exercises and things like squats. I know that these things do burn calories, but the app doesn't list it like that

Thanks :)

I usually log stuff like that as calisthenics.

i don't log strength training as a calorie burn. They say the burn is so varied with that stuff.
So to answer how I log those things; I log them under strength training or in my notes section

You could log it as cal esthetics under cardio. That will give something. I think there are two variations--light effort or hard effort. Use search option.
  • I log it under strength training and there are 4 different types of squats to choose from - gotta love those squats!
