workout lenght
how much time you think i should be in the gym? currently doing 40min to 1 hour going to the gym alone, dont speak to anyone/ not wasting time usually do 4 exercises with 5 series and 5-8 rep and when doing 2 muscle/day going for 3 exercisese with 5 series and 5-8 rep.

restarted gym 3 weeks ago as well for counting my cals... still result after around 3 weeks! :( trying to bulk 1 pound a week... eating around 2700-3000 cals since i just restarted gym i should have gainned mass quickly '' noob gain '' but i didnt.. im always full X 10 and im forcing myself to reach 3k cals.
