Try eating stuff rich in fiber kidney bean is an example.. Make you feel full with low qty! Plus its pretty cheap

Carbs get you fat? Oh well i eat around 420-500 carbs per day and yet im still not fat and never been.. Carb is a must in your diet and you cant go without them when you train hard! Just stay active fix yourself a goal and you should be able to do anything! I didnt read all the post above, im just posting my 2 cents…

mine is : 1 cup water 1 cup of your fav juice 1 cup frozen superfruits 1 scoop whey 60G yougourt I also add a banana when i have one but not a must and since you dont like it dont use it!

dont wanna argue or something but you defenatly need to be exact when it come to lose weight since if you eat just a lil too much cals around 200(surplus) you wont lose anything.. the more accurate you are, more change and faster you will get to your goal!
