no result :(

restarted gym 3 weeks ago as well for counting my cals... still result after around 3 weeks! :( trying to bulk 1 pound a week... eating around 2700-3000 cals

since i just restarted gym i should have gainned mass quickly '' noob gain '' but i didnt..

im always full X 10 and im forcing myself to reach 3k cals.

    ETA: I am also bulking around 2200 cals daily, but I could eat more. >_< especially considering I can eat a pint of ice cream like no big deal in about 10 minutes ;)

    you need to do things to get your calories up like

    1. drink 2% milk instead of 1%
    2. GOMAD (gallon of milk a day)
    3. if you're going to eat a lot of vegetables start putting olive oil or coconut oil on them to get the calories up
    4. snack on nuts like almonds and macademia
    5. eat fatter cuts of meat
