I am curious as to what size weights you use when working out to Jillian Michael DVDS ie 30 day shred, No More Trouble Zones etc. Currently I am using 2.5 lbs and still struggle to complete all the reps on a minority of moves but am wondering if I should go higher to get the most out of my workout and see great results?…
Hi all. I have just started taking impact whey protein shakes twice a day on days when I work out, i usually mix it with 150ml of skimmed milk - any idea how many calories this comes to? I presume the 98 calories it states on the packaging refers to mixing it with water only? Thanks in advance :)
