Hello! So I am starting the 21 day fix on the 24th and wanted to see if anyone who has this would like to do it together for support! I believe it's much easier when you have others for support and to bounce meal ideas off of. :)

30 Day Shred Challenge!
Hey all! So I am looking to do the 30 Day Shred from now Until Mid September. I have done it before and had some great results and am looking to do it again! calories burned standing
So I work at subway and today i worked for 6 hours, on my feet moving around the entire time. On here it says that would burn a lot of calories. About 1772 calories. That seems like a lot..should i count this or not?

kettlebells
Wow!!! Just did a super intense, yet easy to understand workout using a kettlebell. Most definately my new favorite workout too. The workout I did was only about 7 min long and my body was exhuasted, yet I feel very energized. My whole body feels worked out, especially my arms after throwing around a 10lb weight. Love it!

off track
why is it so easy to get off track..i was doing so well, lost 10 lbs in about 2 months, and now ive almost gained back half the weight, i know ive been eating a little worse than usual, but my bf has lost 20 lbs and hes eating no better than me..whats up with that? and how can i get myself back on track?
