I had run into the same problem.
Forgive yourself and move forward. That's what I've had to tell myself. I feel like once I had a bad day nutritionally, I let the next couple days follow that mentality. And its crazy. Every human being no matter how big or small have days they indulge. This past Saturday I had wine, brushetta, cappollenis, and split dessert with my girlfriends for a girls-night-out-dinner and Sunday I went back to my normal calorie range - and I didnt gain anything as of today.
Its a new day - don't let anything get you down. Its all about consistency, not perfection
Have a beautiful day!0
