What foods do you crave that you didn't before MFP?
Am curious what foods people hang-out-for that before starting MFP you could easily pass-up? Mine: bacon and peanut butter! I work some into my daily cals at least twice a week - think perhaps it's the salt and fat that I love :)

Suggestions for adding some strength stuff
I was thinking of using 500g weights for my arms - while on my stationary bike. I don't know anything about weights and if this would be beneficial or how to record it, or if I'd be better doing something different for my arms when off the bike rather than on?
