Just wondering what your thoughts are on rice for weight loss. I know that there is rice diets out there. I guess I am just wondering has any used rice on a daily basis? Only asking because I had white rice this morning for breakfast and just got to thinking about it......

What have I done?
All of my hard work I did is lost. I have had a lot going on over the past 7 months and have not taken time for myself. Exercise bikes any suggestions?
I want to buy an exercise bike but not really sure which one to get. I want to get one that has the programs. I am about 275LBS so it would need to support my weight. I have been looking at different ones recently, I just don't know what is better. Anyone have any suggestions? Do you have a bike you love? One you hate?
