hi to all hope all are having a great day! i started out jan 1 weighin 273 height 5' 91/2". After this mornings workout i am down to 249 lbs. I am 59 years old, my question......what is my BMR, what is TDEE, how many calories should i consume a day....and any and all the oter details i should know such as how many calories…
On january 1 i weigh 270 i have been stationary biking 9 miles a day and i workout with weights 4 days a week. As of this morning i weigh 254. I eat 1000 to 1200 calories a day. Does this seem right and how would i figure what i should be doing as far as the TDEE goes thanks for ur help
