Body Fat percentage higher than I thought!? :-(
Hi, I started losing weight from the 1st Jan this year and was 249lbs and 38% bf, as of this morning I was 210lbs and 26%bf which is great. From that I have worked out if I keep the same lean mass (which I seems to have done throughout) and drop another 2 stone, I'll be 184lbs and around 16%bf. I've trained for a 10K and…
