Yep, I used the C210K program over a period of 17-18 weeks. I just ticked off the ones I completed. If I couldn't complete I'd try again on my next session. I always find that the early I do the workout in the week, the better week I have. It's a case of forcing yourself to work out on Monday, you'll feel so much better for doing it. If you're really looking for that motivation, then you can get a body fat % monitor. That way you can see your body fat percentage reduce even if the scales are showing the same weight. :-) Hope this helps!

Essentially you are losing fat and gaining muscle. Muscle is denser than fat so for the same weight takes up less room hence your pants are loose but the scales aren't changing!
