Everyone looks great and is doing a fantastic job!!!
I still have a LONG way to go - but this was a 10 week body transformation challenge I took part in. You can see changes in my face.
I see a big difference in your neck and legs, don't sell yourself short, your challenge paid off in many ways. Keep on doing whatever worked so well for you.0 -
I love these threads! It is so neat to see the transformations.
The first photo I was 35 weeks pregnant with my twins (babies #6 #7 for us). I weighed around 210-215. I gave birth to them 3 days later and lost 10 pounds. That's it! It should be noted their combined weight was 11 1/2 pounds. My body likes holding on to the weight for some reason. Anyway, second picture I weigh about 134-135. I weigh about 10 pounds less then when I got married and before the 7 precious children.
Great job! This gives me lots of inspiration - my twins are 5 months now and i was 220 the day they were born (combined weight of both babies was just under 12 pounds) and now I'm down to 150. Can't believe how big I let myself get during pregnancy, but I'm only about 15 pounds away from where I want to be (to fit into all my old cloths). Just wish I had more time to work out - kind of difficult with a full time job and small children.0 -
You look great how tall are you and how long did it take you0

Wow! They are only 5 months are you are already down that much! Way to go you! Great job! I was so hungry from nursing them that it took awhile for me to get the weight off and I would get stuck at points and have to adjust calories, but not too much so it wouldn't affect supply. You are doing great just keep going. Maybe sneak in a walk during your lunch break or something like that. I don't have an outside the home job, but I do have lots of little ones and I homeschool the older ones so I definitely understand how busy life can be. Other than walking with the children, most of my workouts are after they are in bed for the night. It may not be ideal, but it is what works which is better than nothing. Best wishes on the rest of your journey.0 -
wow...some people look like a different person in their before and after pics. incredible and amazing accomplishments! well done!:drinker:0
