Wow, can I ask how you did this! You look amazing0 -
Hi all here are some of my before pictures (i was around 208-210 at my heaviest)
and here i am now in maintenance ranging from 123 on a fantastic day -125 on a normal day (my goal weight was 125 through out this entire journey and i reached it a little over a year ago right before my wedding)
Thanks for having some great before pics. You look GREAT now, but the before pics sometimes make me feel like those that lost weight where not happy at all. I like to think that I am happy now and will also be then0 -

I would not really know where to begin! lol
I suppose I could say I count calories by week instead of by day, with macros at 55% carb 30% fat 15% protein. I'm vegan so lots of veggies, veggies, veggies, nuts, beans, fruit, veggies, healthy fats, veggies, and moderate amounts of whole grains. All whole foods and lots of fermented stuff. I do about equal amounts of circuiting training with heavy dumbbells and interval running, and sometimes I do yoga. I walk EVERYWHERE (I don't have a car). And I always find a place for whiskey.
Hope that helps!
ETA: And then I went to Aveda and got an amazing haircut lol (most important part).0 -

I love these threads! It is so neat to see the transformations.
The first photo I was 35 weeks pregnant with my twins (babies #6 #7 for us). I weighed around 210-215. I gave birth to them 3 days later and lost 10 pounds. That's it! It should be noted their combined weight was 11 1/2 pounds. My body likes holding on to the weight for some reason. Anyway, second picture I weigh about 134-135. I weigh about 10 pounds less then when I got married and before the 7 precious children.

On the photobucket site there is a part that says IMG. That is the one you want to select. Once you copy that over change the IMG to img. Also delete before the . Hope that helps.0

Thank you SO much for your help! Now if I can just figure out how to make the pictures a LOT smaller - haha!0 -
No problem. It took me awhile to figure it out, but someone on MFP helped me out too. If you want to change the size you can go into edit, select the pic you want and click resize then change the width and the height.0

OK, this before pic was when I was around my heaviest at around 380. I started my My Fitness Pal journey after several crash diet attempts and a diabetes diagnosis and was 352. I am currently at 202 and 5'11", I still have about 20-30 more pounds to go however after hitting the 150lbs lost I figured I should post a pic! The other pic is when I found a pair of my old 54" jeans and showed them to my daughter, she said we should get in them! LOL. Thanks to My Fitness Pal and all my friends for the support over the last 16 months.
Great job!

Definitely stealing this idea for my after pic!0 -
Thank you everyone for the success pics! Although I don't have any myself, it was all of yours that kept me going this last year. I am now in a normal weight range, just need to lose some more of the lower half of the pear shape and build some muscle! For me the diet was easier than the exercise. Next l goal is to exercise and tone more. The success thread is my favorite!0

Update pic. Took the current pic on Friday.
OMG, I'm so happy for you, not only did you lose the equivalent of my 13-year-old child's weight, but you are lookin FIERCE!! I'm also excited because, like your before pic, my belly is my biggest problem area, and you give me hope that it can someday be smaller than my boobs!!! Love this, thanks for sharing, this is my new inspiration picture! Congrats!!!!0 -
101lbs down and feeling happier than ever! Still fighting for a few more pounds down!
Congrats! Great job!0 -
I thought I posted this during the summer but it looks like I forgot. I'm now at 179 and trying to find my happy spot between 180 and 185. I'm currently training for a half marathon and hit 13 miles for the first time this month with a time of 2:31:29.
Awesome!0 -
There are too many great transformations here for me to congratulate everyone, so I'm saying it here, SO GREAT and congrats to all of you, thank you SO MUCH for the inspiration!!!!0

I have lost around 120lbs..When i began MFP, I weighed 252lbs( i lost weight before then do to my father being ill and passing away) , I am now at 158, I am 5'3 and I'm not done yet, When i first began it was a strict 1200 calorie a day diet, but now I take it one day at a time and if i want a treat, I'll eat it because I'm in no big hurry to lose the last few pounds. :-)
great job!!! and YES Walking Dead!0 -
