I finally bought a box of ketosis strips, and just took my first sample. I'm in heavy ketosis (second to last shade of purple on the bottle). Caffeine?
I've managed to cut out diet soda from my diet, but I'm finding myself crashing on just water. I've been pouring Mio Energy into almost every glass of water I'm drinking. If doing so keeps me from drinking diet soda, is it worth it? What are your views on caffeine while on a diet, and how much do you consume daily?
