Postpartum Weightloss Before and After Picture
My most recent before and after picture. 1 and a half months postpartum and 11 months postpartum. I workout for 30 minutes 5-7x a week before my baby wakes up and I am in a calorie deficit focusing on eating lots of protein and veggies with everything else in moderation. [Edited by MFP mod]

3 month transformation
This is my 3 month transformation. I’ve been eating healthy and working out on average about 5 days a week. :) I went from 154 to 140 so far but I’m still going strong.

Does anyone else live with a totally unsupportive family?
I am a student and live with my family during the summer. My family has never eaten healthy. There are at least 8 boxes of sodas in the kitchen, along with frozen dinners, pizzas, French fries, ice creams, and every bad food you could think of. How much calories should I eat a day? 5 foot 3 girl here
I'm 5 foot 3 and 126 pounds with a goal weight of 115. I do not know what the ideal amount of calories for me to eat is. I want to be healthy and not eat too little. My goal is 1200 now and I exercise monday through friday and burn around 600 calories every workout. Thanks. :)
