My most recent before and after picture. 1 and a half months postpartum and 11 months postpartum. I workout for 30 minutes 5-7x a week before my baby wakes up and I am in a calorie deficit focusing on eating lots of protein and veggies with everything else in moderation. [edited by MFP mod]

I eat around 1700 calories and workout about an hour 5 days a week. 1200 is way too little calories for you to eat. I have lost 22 pounds since January starting at about 155 and I'm now 133. I am from Mount Airy, Maryland and am familiar with the area. The traffic is pretty intense. I am in Winchester, Virginia now and it is much better and cheaper.

I am 5 foot 2 and started at 154.6. I was 129 when I got married July 2016. I am finally starting to feel like myself again but I am still continuing to workout 5 days a week and eat healthy.
