Abd exercise to do daily
After having my baby last September my abd muscles are still weak. Im working out three times a week for a half hour, mostly cardio. I would like to add some abd strengthening excercises I can do daily. Nothing to intense but a basic exercise I can add into my day!! Any ideas

Remaining calories!
So I have found that sometimes after eating my dinner I still have sometimes up to 290 calories remaining. I am on a 1200 calorie diet, using meal replacement for Breakfast and Dinner.
