After weight loss goal, resuming new diet

So friends I have a current concern with my weight loss journey. Thus far I am half way through my third week on a 1200 calorie diet. The first two weeks I lost 6.5 pounds. I'm happy with the results thus far and will continue the dieting process for the next 7 weeks. The concern I have is after the diet ends on the 10th week, how should I resume my normal diet. Should I continue with the low cal diet or increase my calories. I want to be at a point where I know longer loose weight, but I dont want to gain the weight back, What would be a good diet to maintain a stable healthy weight. Any pointers? Thank you for the feedback

    i uped my calories by 100 every week till i started gaining and thats when i know im at maintenance, started at like 2200 and i kept losing weight till i got to 2700-2800
