How should I record my weight?
I am set to lose 0.5 lbs a week. I have lost about 6 lbs in 8 weeks. But! the app tells me to record like once a week, and sometimes my weight can be as much as 3lbs higher on that weigh-in as the one from before. Should I only record when the numbers go down? Highest of 3 days in a row?

going over on sugar
I am always going over on sugar, and I notice that it's milk that puts me over. I tried eating yogurt or kefir instead to lower the sugar content, but it was still the same. I eat plain Dannon yogurt and usually cut in a few strawberries. I make my own kefir from 2% milk and it says that's also 12 grams of sugar per 1 cup…
