Can someone help me figure out what my "goals" need to be set at? I'm talking Protein/Carbs/Fat. I originially had them set at 40/40/20, but since I'm eating lower carbs should I change to something else? Thanks
I know it's too early but I stepped on the scale and gained .5 pound! I thought it's supposed to be moving the other way. I have had a hard time meeting the 2250 calorie goal, but tend to go over the 1000 deficit each day. One day I had a 2200 deficit. Should I have a high calorie day to make up for it? Thanks for you…
