  • Spinning is one of my primary exercises so I have found that wearing my BM on my left calf produces the same calorie burn as my HRM. Wearing it on my arm during spinning does not accurately count my burned calories.
  • Thank you, I guess my macros are set correctly, they look kind of like was mentioned. On LC days more carbs left than HC days. I am on week 2 and have lost 6lbs so far so I guess I'm doing something right.:smile:

  • I do a spinning program most days and found that if I wear it on my calf during those times, it's more accurate. Before BMF I wore a HRM so that's how I compared whether it was more accurate on my arm or my calf for spinning. Hope this helps.
  • A friend of mine said she uses the food processor for these types of ingredients and adds them into her sauces or wherever she can. They'll never know what it is!
  • My 12 yo daughter is currently doing 30DS and a sit-up challenge. She's very athletic (plays travel softball and AAU basketball). I only encourage her to stay active, and to incorporate fruit and veggies into her diet. She is not fat but in the middle range for her age and height.

  • I have read on the forum others who wear it tucked inside their bra on the left side. I can't account for the accuracy but I would rather have it on me than not.
