Weighed on Monda; 1lb down, bit disappointed no change today. BUT lost 1lb short of a stone since 1st Feb YAY!! I love MFP, it WORKS!0

Down 3 lb in the last two weeks, but the major victory this week was my annual checkup at the Doctor's. Down 27kg on this time last year and now completely off one of my 3 blood pressure tablets!0

Hi there! If you click on APPS at the top of the page, then click on Tickers, you can design your own. Then when you're ready to add it, click on COMMUNITY, and above the Main Forums, you'll see Settings. Click on this and check the box to add your ticker to your posts.

I gained 0.2 lbs Didn't go over my macros once (except sodium a little), ate healthier, worked out more. Yay for the week 2 curse!0

I'm a friday weigher because I tend to eat out on weekends, and if I weighed in the beginning of the week, I would see water retention.0
