Clips or flats for MTB?
Just wondering what pedals riders here use for MTB. I use clips on my 29 XC hardtail and flats for my 27.5 full squish. How about you?

Post ride routines.
Another rider friend of mine mentioned her post ride routine. Take off shoes, get into flip flops, remove jersey and chill. I thought about what my post ride routine is. I remove my HRM, take off shoes and log my ride on Strava. What is your typical post ride routine?

Helmets. Replacement time?
Just wondering, what YOUR time guidelines are for replacing your helmet? How long do you keep yours? I currently have two Giro Atmos helmets. One being 2.5 years old and the other going on maybe 7 years. I might replace the older one as it's showing it's age.
