Alcohol question
If i stay under my calorie intake of 1200 calories a day and that includes alcoholic drinks I should still lose weight yes? I've been having a really hard time with this. I go out for the weekend and each day stay under my 1200 calories still and i'm still gaining weight on my sides and midsection. WHAT IS HAPPENING!??…

Whoops
I had a medium cookie dough blizzard today.... I'd been craving one for months and I finally caved on the holiday. But I just found out its 1020 calories! :0 that's crazy! should I just not eat dinner now? Or what? Because now I'm 600 calories over my daily limit! And I don't have free time to burn all those calories. Help,

Craving bad food! HELP!
