Should I still count my walking breaks
I have been taking 15 minute walking breaks during work for 2 years now. I feel like my body should have gotten used to them and probably isn't burning the calories during them as I once did. Lake Las Vegas Xterra Trail run 5k/10k/21k 2012
Its next weekend (apr15th) and Im registered and ready to go for the 5k. Anyone else going? Has anyone here done it in previous years and have some tips I need to know (i.e. terrain, hills, weather, etc) ? Anyways, this is my second 5k and Im excited. Hoping to finish less than 33:00
