Anybody still doing P90X? Looking for a few friends.
I completed P90X last year and did pretty well. I went from 230 pounds to 205 pounds. My body shape changed drastically, I loved it. Long story short...My back went out, couldn't work out for 6 months, gained all the weight back. Now my back is feeling a lot better, I am back to working out and have lost over 20 pounds.…

7 pounds from first goal
Last year I went from 230 pounds down to 205. However I hurt my back and wasn't working out for 6 months and of course I gained all the weight back. As my back slowly healed I began working out again. Now I have logged in for over 100 days and I have been working out 5-6 days a week, and am finally back where I left off…

Starting P90X on Monday!!! Round 2 Baby!
My wife and I finished P90X 2 weeks ago and had great results. We both lost just under 30 pounds. I am starting again this Monday. Anyone else want to hit it hard for the next 90 days, and see what we can do? Last time I think I underestimated how much I should be eating. I stayed around1800 calories a day. In the 11th…

I am still wearing 36 but they are falling off me. I figured I would be a 34 in the waist, but I tried on some 32's and they fit great. I haven't been in 32's since High…

I want to lose another 25-30 pounds, still have a way to go. I am proud of what I have done in 2 months, but there will…

Finally added a profile pic
Been doing P90x for 7 weeks and decided this morning to take a pic of myself to use in my profile. I am definitely still a work in progress, but at least I feel like I am moving forward. Still not comfortable enough to post the before pictures, hopefully when I am finished I will do so.

Well, I did it...I ate all the hamburgers!!!
Don't post much, but I figured some on here can relate. Decided to grill hamburgers this afternoon. They were lean (97%), cooked eight burgers and 4 hotdogs for the family. Of course the wife only ate one. My son ate one and my daughter had 2 hot dogs. Soon after eating the rest of the family went to her sister's house,…
