That is impressive!!! You have accomplished something that most people never do.

I did P90X last year and lost about 25 pounds. Then I quit working out and watching my diet and of course I gained all the weight back. A few months ago I decided to do it again and had the same results, about 25 pounds down. Plan is to lose another 20-25 pounds by New Years. Feel free to add me.

I bought a pull up bar. I got it at sears, I think it was around $30. You could definitely use resistance bands, You should get one or the other before you start. If you don't have a couple sets of dumbbells lying around you should get the resistance bands, they are pretty versatile.

I did P90X last year and I went from 230 pounds down to 205 pounds. Had a long bout with sciatica and gained all the weight back. I am currently doing it now, not as a 90 day routine, but just as a part of my normal routine. I am currently at 204 pounds, trying to get to 199 and then eventually to 180. Some of my pics are…

I am 42 years old 5'8" and my starting weight was 230 pounds. Last year I did P90X and my weight ended up at 205 pounds. Not huge weight lost but my body looked a lot different with the added muscle. Had a serious bout with a pinched nerve in my back for about 5 months and gained every pound back. Slowly the pinched nerve…

It sounds like your are doing it right. It may be water retention, what is your sodium intake/water consumption like? I go through weeks like this then all of the sudden I will lose 4-5 pounds. Keep doing what you are doing and fine tuning your diet and you'll get there in no time.

I do this about once a year, I let life get in the way, lose focus, quit working out and watching what I eat for months and gain all my weight back. I believe this time is the one. I have lost almost 25 pounds in the last 3.5 months. My goal is to be 180 pounds by Christmas. You can do it, just keep the mental image of…

Once you decide to log ALL of your food even on the weekend, you will get a streak going. Right now I am only on day 100 but I have been logging in for the last year and a half.

Almost there, I am day 94, and have lost 21 pounds...

Great Job!!! I did the original P90X and my muscles definitely got bigger. I don't have any experience with P90X 3, but I say keep it up.
-
Great job!!! How tall are you?

I like an omelet in the morning: 4-5 egg whites 1 whole egg 1.5 ounces of reduced fat cheese 1.5 ounces of dices ham 1 Arnold thin honey wheat bagel toasted Usually gets about 400 calories 50 grams protein save the protein shake for mid morning

I would say it was probably water retention from eating out (Really high sodium). However, within a day or two of working out the pounds start moving in a positive direction. I remember one time years ago, I ate an entire philly steak and cheese pizza from domino's and the next day I was down 2 pounds. Still don't know how…

Anybody else? Cause if you plan on starting Monday, you better eat all the crap you want to tomorrow. Cause Monday it's on!

My wife couldn't do any pushups when she started, but after a few weeks she started knocking them right out. Just keep pushing play.

I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. The meals are anywhere from 400-800 calories and the snacks can range from 150-400 calories depending on what's available.

I am ready to start. I have been eating around 2000 or more calories a day this week, and haven't seen any gain on the scale, but I feel I have more energy. Last go around I used relatively light weights, I am definitely going heavy this time and try to add a little more muscle.
-
I shoot for at least 200 grams of protein per day.
-
I wake up at 5:30, I start working out at 6:30.

Thanks ya'll. I am so ready to be under 200 pounds. Just a few weeks away.

I have lost about 27 pounds total but it was over 3 months. The pants size thing I just learned today. I have to admit, it has me fired up!
