Hey I am starting p90x and I would like it if anyone had some motivational success pics or stories. I have a tendency to at some point lose focus and I think the more help I had the better. I recently realized how much an extra 50 pounds looks in a picture and I'm ready to get back on the ball. I AM READY

I did p90x last summer and loved it. I also ate healthy for the duration, however I only did it for 60 days. Iam 5'3 and started at 140 lbs. When I finished I was down to 115.

I did P90X last year and I went from 230 pounds down to 205 pounds. Had a long bout with sciatica and gained all the weight back. I am currently doing it now, not as a 90 day routine, but just as a part of my normal routine. I am currently at 204 pounds, trying to get to 199 and then eventually to 180. Some of my pics are in my profile.

I can definitely see a difference in your pics. Do you have a pull up bar. any idea's on what to do if you dont have one. Financially i cant get one right now but i still wanted to start

You can use resistance bands instead of a pull up bar.

I bought a pull up bar. I got it at sears, I think it was around $30. You could definitely use resistance bands, You should get one or the other before you start. If you don't have a couple sets of dumbbells lying around you should get the resistance bands, they are pretty versatile.

I used the resistance bands for absolutely everything. They were cheap, too. I want to say not more than 10 bucks at Wally world

I am a p90x success story. I know guys lose weight differently but you should go after it and get it. P90X has changed my life I am on my 5th round in 3 years and have stuck with it for two rounds. It gets easier and when it does you want to step it up a bit. Its a gradual life change and you will feel like you want to workout everyday or something is missing in your life. Its awesome. Good luck.

I'm definitely doing a hybrid of P90X and Insanity. Thanks for the info.

I'm in my 12th week of p90x. By week 6, I lost 2.55% body fat (I will calculate again at the end of next week) 6 pounds and 5 1/2 inches. I am up to 224 push ups now!!!! It's a great workout program, and I will definitely do it again (after a few weeks of doing something else)

    Since the beginning of 2013, I've completed 2 full rounds of P90X Classic, 1 round of a P90X/Insanity hybrid, 1 round of P90X2, 1 round of a P90X/P90X2/Asylum hybrid, and I'm currently in Week 4 of a P90X2/Asylum hybrid.

Started at 180 pounds, and I'm currently at 150 pounds. Before and after's are in the profile.
