Last year I went from 230 pounds down to 205. However I hurt my back and wasn't working out for 6 months and of course I gained all the weight back. As my back slowly healed I began working out again. Now I have logged in for over 100 days and I have been working out 5-6 days a week, and am finally back where I left off last year. My first goal was to get under 200 pounds and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
After I hit 199 I will start my final run to 180 pounds.
Oh yeah, I am also looking to add a few friends...After I hurt my back last year, I didn't log in for months and most of the people I was friends with have dropped me or they are gone. So add me if you would like. Thanks.

Nice job! I hurt my back last year too and was out for a while. I gained quite a bit of weight. When I finally hit one-derland it felt awesome!
