Pesto Chicken Salad.
I just made my Chicken Salad for Lunch tomorrow and decided to get a bit creative. Its quite yummy. EGGS??
So i entered in my breakfast for this morning which was 2 eggs scrambled and its telling me it had 140 Calories 15 grams of fat and 13 grams of protien.. Did i not enter in the correct one into my log? Seems like 15 grams of fat is a lot for 2 eggs.. Am i crazy in thinking this? are eggs not as good for you as i thought?…

its been a week...
And im down 3 pounds!!! Never in my life did i think that i i mean ME, could stick to eating healthy and lose 3 whole pounds... Thats crazy.. It gives me a ton of motivation to keep going and lose the 17 more i need to reach my goal! P.S low fat Graham Crackers and strawberry jam is an amazing snack!

Too much Protein.
I am on day 3 of tracking my food. All 3 days i have gone way over my suggested protein allowance. Is this a bad thing? should i start watching my protein intake closer?
