Decided to check out Jillian Michaels 30 day shred as it gets such rave reviews...as I am not particularly fit, I was excited to see she has just brought out a beginner 30 day shred so have ordered that....then am hoping if I like it I will then move onto the normal 30 day shred...anyone want to join me? and report back on…
Hi all I am new to my fitness pal and really enjoying it so far! I was just looking at how I was doing on my fat, sodium etc allowances and seems to be a regular theme....I am always under on fat and sodium but over on carbs, protein and sugar.
