Night Time Eating
Been a part of MFP for about a year have lost weight and gained some back so getting frustrated. Exercise/activity level not an issues more I struggle with Eating at night or in the middle of the night. Looking for tips and any supportive friends struggling or having overcome this challenge.

Looking for Fitness focused friends
Have been a part of MFP since February and have lost 20 need to lose 28 to 30 more. Working out 4-5 days a week and try to work out, in various forms for at least 1 1/2 ours with road biking, cycle biking, elliptical, tennis, soon to be swimming. Any takers to mutually encourage one another to reach fitness goals.

Favorite Spring/Summer fitness activity
I really look forward to swimming, Tennis, Hiking and Biking on the open road tired of biking indoors. How many have participating in Insanity ( I lasted 5 weeks)or the P90X programs ?.
