Peanut butter - good or bad for weight loss??
I have been eating peanut butter every now in then to boost my protein, but the fat content is really high. We buy Snippy All Natural peanut butter. I just was wondering if it was good for weight loss or not. Thanks do much.

Eating at Local Cajun Restaurant - need help
Tonight my daughters and I are going on a mommy/daughter date for girl scouts and we are going to a local cajun restaurant. I can't find nutrition info on it anywhere and I don't know what to order.
