Cant reach calorie goal
Hey everyone. I started using this about a week ago and can't manage to keep my 1200 calorie goal. I'm 25 weigh 142 and I'm 5'2. I eat special k and skim milk most morning. With a snack of grapes or yogurt. For lunch I eat veggies and some pb and some turkey. Sometimes having egg whites instead. Dinner is usually a healthy…
